Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well.
Julep strain into glass.
Garnish with blueberries.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Ginger Ale Soda - Ginger ale is a carbonated soft drink flavoured with ginger.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blueberry - Blueberries or Bilberries are perennial flowering plants with indigo colored berries.

Border Crossing is drinkable standard cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml orange liqueur and 10ml bitters orange with 10ml honey as well as 10ml lime juice including 30ml ginger ale soda also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well. Julep strain into glass and garnish with blueberries and served in a martini glass cold.
