Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice into cocktail mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.

Whisky - Whisky or whiskey is a type of distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash.

Brandy Apple - Apple Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling apples into a strong wine and comes in many colors yet always apple flavour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Boot Hill is flavoursome very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml whisky and 15ml brandy apple with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice into cocktail mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Prong strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
