Booster Shot is tasty robust cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml tequila coffee ponchos and 30ml galliano with 20ml cream and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm up sherry style glass then pour coffee tequila into bottom of glass and float galliano on top. Float cream on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
