Fish Fried Battered

Method - Poured - Cold

Add a little ice to glass.
Pour in shot of rum and lemon juice.
Top with ginger beer.
Add battered fried fish on the side.

Rum Dark Isautier

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ginger Beer - Ginger beer is a sweetened and carbonated usually non alcoholic beverage using ginger spice yeast and sugar.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Fish Fried Battered - Battered Fried Fish is made by coating thge fish in a batter then cooked in hot oil until crispy and golden brown in color.

Bonnaroo is palatavel light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum dark isautier and 30ml lemon juice with 180ml ginger beer as well as 50ml ice and best with lunch. Just add a little ice to glass then pour in shot of rum and lemon juice and top with ginger beer and add battered fried fish on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
