Bombay Punch Classic is pleasurable average cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml brandy and 15ml sherry with 15ml madeira as well as 15ml maraschino liqueur including 60ml champagne also 60ml syphon seltzer together with 10ml fassionola gold syrup and 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just pour brandy and sherry into glass then add the madeira and maraschino and add the champagne and soda. Stir in the syrup and top glass with ice cubes and served in a highball glass cold.
