Bollocks is exquisite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml melon liqueur and 15ml gin navy strength darby norris with 45ml lemon soda as well as 10ml bitters blood orange including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just make two melon balls and add to glass then place ice into mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Gently stir and strain into glass over melon blass and add a few drops of orange bitters on top and served in a martini glass cold.
