Boling Green is delightful mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml chartreuse liqueur green and 220ml tea green and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just warm glass and brew green tea then add green chartreusur to glass and stir in the warm green tea and served in a coffee glass warm.
