Method - Stirred - Room Temperature

Warm rice gruel and glass.
Add rice wine into glass.
Pour in the mirin.
Stir in the warm rice gruel.

Wine Rice - Rice wine is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting rice that has been polished to remove the bran.

Mirin Shin - Shin Mirin or new mirin or mirin-fu chomiryo is a type of rice wine and a common ingredient in and is similar to sake but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content.

Gruel Rice - Rice Gruel is made by grinding rice into flour then cooked with water or milk or both and can be served hot or cold.

Bodhi is fortifying watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml wine rice and 30ml mirin shin with 230ml gruel rice and served for or with tiffins. Just warm rice gruel and glass then add rice wine into glass and pour in the mirin. Stir in the warm rice gruel and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
