Bobs Redcurrant Collins is delightful average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml redcurrant liqueur filliers and 10ml bitters lavender bobs with 10ml redcurrant syrup as well as 30ml soda water including 20ml lemon juice also 190ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ingredients to mixing glass, less soda then stir well and add ice to glass. Pour into glass packed with ice and top with soda and served in a highball glass cold.
