Method - Poured - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Pour in peach liqueur.
Add soda water.
Pour in blue curacao.
Stir a little.
Palatable

Blues On The Rocks is palatable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml peach liqueur hapsburg and 30ml curacao blue with 30ml syphon vichy as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then pour in peach liqueur and add soda water. Pour in blue curacao and stir a little and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
