Blueberry Scone is delightful smooth cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml blueberry liqueur sassy sister and 30ml jam blueberry with 30ml blueberry pulp as well as 30ml cream whipped and good with afternoon tea. Just add blueberry jam to bowl then pour in blueberry liqueur and add pulp to bowl. Stir together and fold in whipped cream and add to cocktail glass and serve on plate with spoon and add warm scone on the side and served in a martini glass cold.
