Blue Wind is dainty standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml curacao blue boulaine and 15ml gin with 10ml lime juice as well as 45ml tonic water including 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add the ice into glass then pour in gin and add lime and tonic soda. Sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a highball glass cold.
