Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Place all the ingredients into shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Blue Surprise is rico quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum light white and 30ml curacao blue with 15ml lime juice as well as 15ml lemon juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
