Method
  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Blue Parrot is moreish strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml maui blue and 30ml rum coconut shipwreck with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and mix well. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
