Blue Mermaid is moreish strong cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum coconut shipwreck and 30ml curacao blue with 30ml vodka ultimat as well as 80ml pineapple juice including 130ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into large glass then pour in shot of blue vodka and add coconut rum. Pour in blue cucacao and add pineapple juice and garnish with pineapple and served in a goblet glass cold.
