  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Blue Hawaiian is scrumptious full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum gold amber cockspur and 30ml curacao blue iseo with 25ml pineapple juice as well as 25ml coconut cream including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple and served in a saucer glass cold.
