Method - Layered - Cold

Place the ice into glass.
Add in an ounce of gin.
Pour in the syrup and juice.
Add in the clun soda.
Sprinkle the blue curacao on top.

Gin - Gin is liquor which derives its predominant flavour from juniper berries. The term gin is a abbreviation of Geneva.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Club Soda - See soda water or Carbonated water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blue Fizz is munnvatn full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml gin and 15ml curacao blue with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml lemon juice including 40ml club soda also 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place the ice into glass then add in an ounce of gin and pour in the syrup and juice. Add in the clun soda and sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a highball glass cold.
