Method - Poured - Cold

Please the ice into tall glass.
Add in the codka and curacao.
Pour in a splash of lemon juice.
Top glass with lemon soda.

Vodka - Vodka is a distilled beverage traditionally vodka is made through the distillation of cereal grains and or potatoes.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blue Eye is flavorous full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka and 15ml curacao blue with 10ml lemon juice as well as 45ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just please the ice into tall glass then add in the codka and curacao and pour in a splash of lemon juice. Top glass with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
