Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with coconut,

Rum Coconut - Coconut Rum is a beverage distilled alcoholic and made from sugarcane and coconut flavour.

Curacao Blue Lejay - Lejay blue curacao has a bright blue and distilled from orange peels this has a slight bitterness.

Shaken with 30ml rum coconut and 30ml curacao blue lejay with 10ml vodka as well as 30ml coconut cream including 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with coconut, and served in a saucer glass cold.
