Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until chilled.
Prong strain into glass.

Gin Barossa - Barossa Gin is distilled with 12 botanicals with citrus and toasted Oak combine to produce a smooth well balanced Gin with a generous mouthfeel.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blue Bruiser is luscious robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin barossa and 10ml curacao blue with 10ml lemon juice as well as 10ml lime juice including 15ml lemon soda also 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then add all ingredients to shaker and pour all ingredients into mixing glass. Stir well until chilled and prong strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
