Method - Poured - Cold

Make blue jelly.
Add jelly to glass and alow to set.
Place scoop of ice cream to glass.
Pour over blueberry liqueur.
Serve with cocktail spoon.

Blue Book is beirut light in flavour cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml blueberry liqueur dovka and 50ml ice cream with 100ml jelly berry and best with dessert type dishes. Just make blue jelly then add jelly to glass and alow to set and place scoop of ice cream to glass. Pour over blueberry liqueur and serve with cocktail spoon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
