Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into tall glass.
Add in the blue curacao.
Top glass with bitter lemon soda.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Bitter Lemon Soda - Bitter lemon is a carbonated soft drink flavoured with quinine and lemon. The signature bitter taste is produced by a combination of quinine and lemon pith used in manufacturing the drink.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blue Bay is pikantan smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml curacao blue and 70ml bitter lemon soda with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into tall glass then add in the blue curacao and top glass with bitter lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
