Method
  1. Place ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Blue Angel is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 20ml brandy cardenal mendoza and 20ml parfait amour with 20ml curacao blue as well as 20ml lemon syrup including 20ml cream also 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
