Bloody Sour is divine strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin four pillars bloody shiraz and 20ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and add ice to shaker. Shake well again until frothy and strain into glass and garnish with lemon twist and served in a saucer glass cold.
