Tequila Milagro

Tomato Juice

100ml

Ice

Salt Chili

Pepper Powder

Coriander

20% Alcohol By Volume

40 Proof

1.4 Standard Drinks

Method - Shaken - Cold

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake the hell out of it.
Strain into glass.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Dress top with sprig of coriander.
Lekker

Tomato Juice - Tomato juice is a juice made from pulping and straining tomatoes and has a bright red color.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Salt Chili - Chili Salt is a mineral composed primarily of sodium chloride or NaCl and has the color of red from added chilly.

Pepper Powder - Pepper powder is ground dried peppercorns with husk on into a light powder.

Coriander - Coriander also known as cilantro is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae.

Bloody is lekker quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml tequila milagro and 45ml tomato juice with 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake the hell out of it. Strain into glass and sprinkle salt and pepper on top and dress top with sprig of coriander and served in a saucer glass cold.
