Bloodletting is mouth watering standard cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 80ml wine red and 15ml sherry amontillado with 15ml orange liqueur angel d or as well as 30ml apple juice including 30ml orange juice also 130ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just large dice fruit and add to glass then add in the ice cubes and pour in wine brandy and liqueur. Stir in juices and served in a goblet glass cold.
