Vodka Wisent - Wisent Vodka is made from rye grain and has a pale in colour with the aroma of its namesake the Bison Grass.

Apple Cider - Apple cider is an unfiltered unsweetened non alcoholic beverage made from apples.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blimey is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka wisent and 70ml apple cider with 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into glass then add shot of vodka to glass and pour in apple cider and served in a highball glass cold.
