Blanche Bombe is flavoursome full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 50ml ice cream vanilla and 30ml vanilla liqueur with 30ml almond liqueur as well as 20ml cream whipped and best with dessert type dishes. Just chill glass then add scoop of ice cream to glass and pour over liqueurs. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle a few candied almonds on top and garnish with white fairy floss or cotten candy and served in a saucer glass cold.
