Method
  1. Put ice cubes into bar shaker.
  2. Place all the ingredients into shaker.
  3. Shake ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Blackpool Tower is energizing quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky cream and 30ml apricot liqueur with 15ml gin and served with sweet dishes. Just put ice cubes into bar shaker then place all the ingredients into shaker and shake ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
