Brandy Blackberry

30ml

Orange Liqueur

Lemon Juice

100ml

Ice

28% Alcohol By Volume

2 Standard Drinks

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Mix well with spoon.
Strain into glass.
Pleasurable

Brandy Blackberry - Blackberry brandy is a spirit produced by distilling blackberries.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Blackberry Brandy Sidecar is pleasurable very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml brandy blackberry and 30ml orange liqueur with 10ml lemon juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and mix well with spoon. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
