Black Tzar is mouth watering medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml vodka red star and 15ml coffee liqueur belle isle with 55ml cola soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add the ice cubes into collins glass then add in shot of vodka and add in the cola soda. Sprinkle the coffee liqueur on top and served in a highball glass cold.
