Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with a rose petal.

Gin Sloe - Sloe gin is a red liqueur made with gin and sloe drupes which are a small fruit relative of the plum and must be over 25 percent ABV.

Byrrh - Byrrh is an aromatised wine based aperitif made of red wine and quinine blended with selected dry red Roussillon wines. A wine based aperitif Byrrh has the specific characteristic of being flavoured with quinine.

Rose Syrup - Rose water is a flavoured water made by steeping rose petals in water. Additionally it is the hydrosol portion of the distillate of rose petals a by product of the production of rose oil for use in perfume.

Black Thorn Rose is delectable full bodied cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin kwv and 30ml gin sloe with 10ml byrrh as well as 10ml rose syrup including 100ml and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with a rose petal and served in a martini glass cold.
