Black Mask is glorious mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cassis liqueur ratafia and 30ml cassis liqueur with 30ml cordial bishop as well as 160ml water hot and had with cheese style dishes. Just warm glass and heat water then add in the cassis and cordial and stir in the hot water and served in a coffee glass warm.
