Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Mix well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with one maraschino cherry.

Stirred with 50ml whisky rye and 20ml amaro averna with 10ml bitters peruvian as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and garnish with one maraschino cherry and served in a martini glass cold.
