Method
  1. Top glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with lime.

Black Eyed Susan is glorious full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml rum gold amber and 15ml vodka with 10ml orange liqueur rutte as well as 30ml orange juice including 30ml pineapple juice also 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just top glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with lime and served in a highball glass cold.
