Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Fill glass with ice.
  6. Good with a black berry doughnut.

Black Eagle is beirut quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml bourbon eagle rare 17year and 30ml blackberry liqueur with 30ml blackberry juice as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and good with a black berry doughnut and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
