Method
  1. Cut yellow transparent apple into wedges.
  2. Add wedges into short rocks glass.
  3. Sprinkle bitters over apple.
  4. Alow the bitters to soak into apple.
  5. Pour in a cold apple cider.
  6. Serve with cocktail fork.
