Bitter Jonagold is wohlschmeckende light cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 90ml apple cider and 10ml bitters with 90ml apple jonagold and best with an entree or small snack. Just use cold glass then cut jonagold apple into wedges and add wedges into glass. Sprinkle in the biiters and top glass with apple cider and garnish with cocktail fork and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
