Bitter Alice is palatable light cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 90ml apple cider and 10ml bitters rhubarb kenny with 90ml apple alice and best at tea time. Just cut alice apple into wedges skin on then add wedges into rocks glass and sprinkle over the bitters. Alow the bitters to soak into apple and pour in the apple cider and serve with a cocktail fork for eating apple and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
