Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.

Absinthe Dillons - Dillons Absinthe an authentic Absinthe created by the vapour distillation and infusion of local wormwood and natural botanicals without the use of artificial colouring or flavouring.

Biter is delicioso heavy cocktail at 2.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml gin wild kis and 10ml chartreuse liqueur green with 10ml absinthe dillons as well as 20ml lemon juice including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
