Bison Tonic Cocktail

Vodka Zubrowka

Tonic Soda

Ice

Lemon Peel

19% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice into cocktail mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Harnish with lemon peel knot.

Vodka Zubrowka - Zubrowka bison grass vodka using harvested bison grass is then used to flavour the spirit with a single blade left in each bottle and quite an aromatic vodka.

Bison Tonic is beguiling strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml vodka zubrowka and 45ml tonic soda with 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice into cocktail mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Strain into cocktail glass and harnish with lemon peel knot and served in a martini glass cold.
