Stirred with 60ml wine red and 30ml port wine with 15ml lemon as well as 50ml water hot including 5ml cinnamon also 5ml clove together with 5ml ginger and 5ml mace along with 5ml vincotto syrup and taken as nightcap before bedtime. Just roast lemon over fire then in the water cook lemon and spices and stir in port wine. Add in the red wine and syrup and serve with lemon and spice floating and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
