Method - Stirred -

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Add one drop of blue curacao on top.

Rum Bluebird - Bluebird white rum comes from the finest sugarcane. Fermented and distilled at Bluebird it contains a special blend of sugarcane and molasses to create a one of a kind flavorful spirit.

Lychee Juice - Lychee juice is the sole member of the genus Litchi in the soapberry family Sapindaceae.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Curacao Blue - Blue curacao is a liqueur flavoured with the citrus of the laraha fruit grown on the island of Curacao.

Bird Song is succulent quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum bluebird and 45ml lychee juice with 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and add one drop of blue curacao on top and served in a martini glass .
