Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker.
Add whisky into glass.
Drop in a little hot mustard to taste.
Quick shake to mix.
Fine strain into glass.
Good with pie or pastry.

Mustard Hot - Hot Mustard is a bright yellow with a relatively thick consistency and made with a combination of yellow and brown seeds and low acid level and spicy in taste.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Pie - Cocktail Pie is a baked pastry dough casing that contains a filling of various sweet or savoury ingredients and has a lid and can be eaten with one hand.

Pastry Chiko Roll - Chiko Roll Pastry is filled with cabbage onion celery carrot and beef all bound with a thick spring roll like pastry.

Binary Matrix is flavoursome full strength cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml whisky drurys and served large chunks of meat. Just warm heat cubes and cocktail shaker then add whisky into glass and drop in a little hot mustard to taste. Quick shake to mix and fine strain into glass and good with pie or pastry and served in a balloon glass warm.
