Sambuca Black - Black Sambuca is an anise flavoured and black in color and also called Anisette or Anise Liqueur. Its most common variety is often referred to as white sambuca to differentiate it from other varieties that are deep blue in colour or bright red.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Bikini Kill is moreish very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 60ml sambuca black and 20ml grenadine and best with buffet style food. Just warm glass then pour in double of black sambuca and float grenadine on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
