Big Tec is pleasurable strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy grape armagnac janneau and 30ml caramel liqueur bocian with 10ml popcorn syrup as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Strain into glass and garnish top with popcorn syrup and served in a saucer glass cold.
