Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Big Fish is tasteful quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum light white brix and 15ml curacao blue vok with 10ml lemon juice as well as 30ml orange juice including 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
