Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Pour in the vodka.
  3. Drop in the lime peel.
  4. Vigorously shake.
  5. Pour all ingredients into tall glass.
  6. Add in more ice.
  7. Top with soda water.

Big Daddy is freshening average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 70ml soda water with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour in the vodka and drop in the lime peel. Vigorously shake and pour all ingredients into tall glass and add in more ice then top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
