Method
  1. Using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck.
  2. Place the peel in glass and pack with ice.
  3. So the head of the peel is sticking out the top and held by packed ice.
  4. Tip, make it log, make it stay.
  5. Add bundaberg rum.
  6. Top with ginger soda.

Beths Horses Neck is fortifying taste quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rum bundaberg and 40ml ginger ale soda with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just using the peel of a lemon make a horse head with long neck then place the peel in glass and pack with ice and so the head of the peel is sticking out the top and held by packed ice. Tip, make it log, make it stay and add bundaberg rum and top with ginger soda and served in a highball glass cold.
