Method - Stirred - Room Temperature

Pour poitin into glass.
Stir in the barley syrup.
Slowly top glass with smoked beer.

Bere is blassome smooth cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml poitin connacht and 10ml barley syrup with 250ml beer brew smoked and good with afternoon tea. Just pour poitin into glass then stir in the barley syrup and slowly top glass with smoked beer and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
